Everything tastes pretty awesome. Not too salty, not too greasy, which is actually pretty hard to find in the U.S. The rice noodle is more of west Hunan rounded noodle, but it still tastes genuinely Hunan. Noodles are also fresh, with a chewy taste. Highly recommend the Hunan style dry mixed noodle with beef. Great service as well.
